UGSM-Monarch considers its participation in a wide range of associations to be important to continuing to provide the highest level of academic training for its candidates. CEEMAN is an international management development association established in 1993 with the aim of accelerating the growth in quality of management development in central and eastern Europe. It is a global network of the top management development institutions and universities interested in quality of education and innovations in this field, as well as in the broad area of subjects related to change. UGSM-Monarch Business School Switzerland is proud to be recognized as an educational member of IACBE-The International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education. IACBE was founded in 1997 in response to the expressed needs of presidents, chief academic officers, and business deans and chairs who wanted an accreditation process that was not driven by prescriptive standards relating to inputs and resources, but was mission-driven and outcomes-based. Since that time, the IACBE has grown into a leading professional accreditation body for colleges and universities whose primary purpose is excellence in teaching and learning, with well over 200 members and 800 accredited programs in the United States and throughout the world. In January 2011, the IACBE achieved a significant milestone when the Board of Directors of the US Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) granted recognition to the IACBE. iacbe.org

ACUNS is professional association of nearly 800 educational and research institutions and individual scholars, teachers, and practitioners active in the work and study of multilateral relations, global governance, and international cooperation. ACUNS focuses special attention on the programs and agencies of the United Nations system and other intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations that play a role in managing common problems on the global agenda. The Academy of Management is a leading professional association for scholars dedicated to creating and disseminating knowledge about management and organizations. Founded in 1936 by two professors, the Academy of Management is the oldest and largest scholarly management association in the world. Today, the Academy is the professional home for approximately 20,000 members from 108 nations.

The European International Business Academy (EIBA) was founded in 1974 under the auspices of the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) and in close cooperation with the European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management (EIASM). The Academy is a professional society for academics and practitioners with an interest in the growing field of International Business. It is distinct from many other associations in that members come from a wide variety of disciplines and functional backgrounds and share the common purpose of using the international context to cross the intellectual boundaries that so typically divide institutions of higher education.

EABIS.

EABIS is the European reference network for interdisciplinary research on corporate responsibility, based on a unique partnership model to create a sound, accessible and business-relevant body of knowledge. EABIS works collaboratively with academic institutions to place corporate responsibility at the core of business education.

Since its foundation in 1971, the European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management (EIASM) has dedicated itself to raising the profile of European Management Research with respect to other established scientific disciplines as well as the business world. The overall mission of EIASM is to be a key actor in enhancing the role of advanced studies in management in Europe. This means that EIASM has the purpose: to strengthen European management research in general, to encourage and facilitate the initiation and the co-ordination of joint scientific research in management led by outstanding European researchers; to stimulate the interaction between management scholars in Europe, and; to enhance the development and the quality of doctoral student education in the field of management.
