Dr. Badar Iqbal holds the position of Adjunct Professor of Economics at UGSM-Monarch Business School. He holds a DBA/Ph.D. from A.M.U. Aligarh in India. He also holds a Master in Commerce and a Bachelor of Economics with honours from the same institution. Dr. Badar is an ex-Fulbright Visiting Professor ay Calfin University in South Carolina, USA.

Previously, he has held positions of Dean and Officiating Vice-Chancellor at A.M.U. Aligarth. He has 33 years teaching and 38 years Research exposure to his credit as a versatile and learned Academician and Scholar. He has been on the Visiting Professorship Panel in different Foreign Countries, such as: UK, USA, Australia, France, China, Hawaii, South Africa, Germany, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Qatar, and Thailand. He has been awarded many National and International Fellowships. He is also on the Examiners’ Roll for M.Phil and PhD programs for several notable universities, including: Monash University, Malaysia University, University of Qatar, Sourthern Queensland University and the University of Pretoria. He is a Member of Boards of Studies and also Member of Research Development Committees in India for various Universities and Institutions. In total Dr. Iqbal has supervised and/or reviewed over 100 dissertation at the graduate level.

Dr. Iqbal is a prolific author having produced 13 Books, 8 Monographs with 60 papers being published the Academic Journals with 20 papers in popular journals, abroad. Over 80 papers in academic journals and 280 papers in popular journals have been published in India. He has also been a reviewer for over 160 books. He also sits as the Editor-In-Chief or Associate Editor of several journals.
