Dr. Milos Vulanovic, Ph.D. holds the position of Professor of Financial Economics at UGSM-Monarch Business School. He holds a Ph.D. in Financial Economics from The Graduate Center at City University of New York where he also obtained both an M.A. and B.A. (Honors) in Economics.

Dr. Vulanovic’s focus is on corporate and international finance. He is presently studying the pecking order theory of long-term debt maturity as well as the characteristics of SPACs, Special Purpose Acquisition Companies.  Dr. Vulanovic is an active presenter and discussant of financial theory at various conferences world-wide and holds a referee position with The Review of banking And Finance.
