Overview
This course is suitable for graduates of all disciplines with a basic professional experience, or for middle managers lacking formal qualifications with at least 3 years working experience. The Monarch Executive MBA is an 18 month-long program for executives wishing to enhance their managerial capacities and/or have their expertise formally acknowledged and certified by a prestigious MBA degree.
The program comprises six academic blocks, each of which is taught through intensive four day modules. During the period between on–site module delivery, participants are required to work on the respective module assignments and actively participate in team building exercises, presentations and social events.

The flexible structure of the program aims to facilitate the professionals who participate in the course by minimizing disruption of their work routine. The program thrives due to the managerial experience brought to the classroom by the professional practitioners who undertake their MBA studies.
The interdisciplinary themes prevalent across all academic blocks include the notions of leadership, sustainability, ethics, and customer orientation. The program delivered in the Greek language through labIDEA has been adequately adapted to reflect the peculiarities of the Greek business environment, without however neglecting the international dimension of management in the era of globalisation.
Upon successful completion of the 18 month-long program participants will be awarded their degrees directly from UGSM-Monarch Business School of Switzerland. The degrees obtained via the Athens-based delivery of the program are equivalent to the ones obtained when following the international pathway of the Monarch Executive MBA.
Dual Degree Award (MBA/MPhil)
This degree is also available as a dual degree with our University partner, Unversidad Azteca. Students enrolling in the dual degree will also be required to produce a Master thesis research manuscript. Additional fees apply.
Design

ECTS & Hours of Study
The Master of Business Administration program accounts for 120 credits under the ECTS scheme, European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System.
